  Awful experience. Booked a taxi via our hotel 2 hours in advance to take us to another hotel 20 minutes away for a wedding. The taxi never arrived and upon phoning we were told it was on the way but that it was delayed due to a driver being sick. We were not given a time however and after waiting 30 minutes past the time we ordered it for, we had to drive ourselves as by that point we were already late for the ceremony. We had also booked a taxi back at midnight, but after again waiting 15 minutes with no sign of a taxi I phoned only to be told it had been cancelled along with the earlier one! Upon expressing my discontent I was told I was in the wrong and that I should have specified that I still wanted the evening one! This left us completely stranded, and on top of that no apology and downright rude people on the end of the phone. I recommend anyone avoid this firm like the plague.
